Air Fryer Samosas

Ingredients

• 12 ounces Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

Cilantro-Yogurt Sauce

 

• 3/4 container whole-milk Greek-style yogurt

• 1/3 container chopped new cilantro, additionally more for decoration
